This policy explains how personal data is processed on gnegne.be, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU regulation 2016/679) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

Data collected
- Contact: when you use the contact form or write to contact@gnegne.be, your name, email address, the details you provide and the content of your message.
- Booking: calls are booked on the Cal.com platform, which processes your name, email address and chosen time slot under its own privacy policy.
- Academy area: a technical cookie remembers the access code you entered so you can view protected content.
- Technical data: IP address and browsing information recorded by the hosting provider and the site security tools, for proper operation and protection against abuse.
- Audience statistics: anonymised or aggregated audience measurement, when enabled.
Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your requests and following up on a collaboration: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest.
- Providing access to the Academy area: performance of the training service.
- Ensuring the security and proper operation of the website: legitimate interest.
Retention period
Contact exchanges are kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact, unless there is an ongoing contractual relationship or a longer legal retention obligation. The Academy cookie expires automatically after a limited time.
Recipients
Data is never sold or transferred. It is only accessible to the publisher and its technical processors (OVH hosting, located in the European Union), strictly as needed.
Cookies
We keep cookies to the strict minimum. The website only sets:
- Language (
pll_language): remembers your chosen version (FR or EN). Duration: 1 year. - Academy area: remembers that you entered the access code for protected content. Limited duration.
- Administration: WordPress login cookies, used only by the people who manage the website.
These cookies are essential for the website to work and therefore do not require your consent.
Cookie-free audience measurement. We count visits anonymously, without any cookie or identifier stored on your device. Statistics are hosted on our own server and shared with no third party.
No tracking. No advertising cookies, no embedded social networks, no Google Analytics. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so your browser does not contact Google Fonts. The online diagnostics run entirely in your browser and store none of your answers.
This is why no consent banner is displayed. Should we ever use non-essential cookies, your consent would be requested beforehand. You can delete cookies at any time from your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@gnegne.be. You will receive a reply within one month.
